Dr. Cloherty graduated from Boston University School of Medicine in 1962 and completed his pediatric residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital. He was a General Medical Officer in the United States Navy from 1963-1967. Dr. Cloherty joined Longwood Pediatrics in 1969 and also practices Neonatology part-time at Children’s Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. [Back to Top] |

He completed his pediatric residency training and served as Chief Resident at Children’s Hospital Boston in 1991. That year, he joined Longwood Pediatrics. Dr. Vernacchio graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1993 and received his pediatric residency training at Children’s Hospital Boston. He also completed a research fellowship in Pediatric Epidemiology and currently spends a portion of his time performing clinical research. He has practiced at Longwood Pediatrics since 1996.
