Professional History

Prior to joining Longwood Pediatrics, Kaitlyn practiced clinical social work in various settings, including community, mental health, and public schools. She has experience working collaboratively with children and families to identify their strengths, develop strategies that support growth, and help achieve their goals.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where children and families feel heard, valued and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe in working collaboratively and compassionately, meeting each patient where they are at, and tailoring care to their unique needs and strengths.
