Take care of yourself
  • Remember to take breaks! Set 10-15 minute timers to stay on track.
  • When taking a break, avoid going back on your phone. Get up from your desk, have a snack, drink some water, and stretch your legs.
  • Don’t stay up all night! Begin studying early and get enough sleep to be mentally sharp the next day.
